It was a great harvest.   God is good - we just finished our 21st year!!!!  

         We have been busy putting on a porch.  The porch is up but not finished, perhaps when we finish with the red harvest we will be able to get back to it.  I know I promised pictures, but again there is a delay - a GOOD delay...Praise God I am getting a new knee....I will have my surgery and will back at work in a couple of weeks.  Rhonda and Fred (my daughter and son-in-law) will be holding down the fort.  If you have any problems, give them a call.   

                    We still have roasted, peeled and frozen Hatch Green Chile.  This product is available in two sizes and two forms - our ten pound box of Whole Green Chile (ten-one pound packages of chile - you choose) OR our fourteen pound box of Diced Green Chile(fourteen-one pound packages of chile - your choice again).  These products ARE VERY popular.   

   The price quoted includes Federal  Express overnight priority shipping.  We are able to ship the Frozen Hatch Green Chile on Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for overnight delivery. 

   If  you are planning to make a chile relleno, you will want to order the whole chile.  Many of ya'll want the chile for Enchiladas, Green Chile Stew, or Salsa - the diced chile is perfect for these recipes, not only will it save you time BUT it will save you money.  You will not be cutting off the seed core and stem and throwing them away!!!
