Thank you for choosing Bluestem Buffalo Ranch.  We are proud to offer quality products at fair prices.  In addition, there is no minimum order.  While you are welcome to order one of our pre-bundled buffalo meat packages, or you also have the option of ordering individual buffalo meat cuts in the amount you specify.  All of our buffalo meat is free of antibiotics, steroids, growth hormones, and other stimulants, and is USDA inspected.  We handle our buffalo humanely and calmly, which is better for the animals and also results in tender buffalo burger and buffalo steaks.
