As promised, here is the first offering of the Martin Makeover of a CaJohn label. It is the same sauce as the regular label. There will only be 1800 of these made. They will be available at Jungle Jim’s Weekend of Fire and we will have them at our Flavor & Fire store in the North Market and our Factory Store starting August 5th. We are very excited to take Smoked Sausage to a fiery level it has never seen before! I have been working with Ohio Packing Company for the last couple of months to develop an extremely hot sausage using Bhut Jolokia chiles. It is now available in two varieties, Hot and X-TREME! We hope to get this fiery treat into the hands of the consumer real soon. It is now available at our factory store, at Flavor & Fire in the North Market and as a sandwich choice at our CaBoom! Chili Company Restaurant. Made with a traditional Southern sausage recipe and a fiery twist, it is the handiwork of Clovis Boson the director of R & D at Ohio Packing. We will be passing out samples and selling the sausage at Jungle Jim’s Weekend of Fire August 2nd & 3rd. I will warn you, this is like no hot sausage you have ever had before!
