You have a choice of various weights and three sizes, but you can special order
any other size according to your specific needs.
We use the Jamaican rums, wines blended with
choice raisins, prunes, cherries, currants and mixed-peel along with the usual
cake ingredients including sugar, butter, flour, eggs and assorted spices.
These ingredients and the traditional Jamaican method of preparation is the
secret behind the secret behind maintaining that special flavor we have
grown to know and love.
When properly packed and stored, these cakes retain their freshness for a
very long time, and as a matter of fact, our Jamaican Fruit cake gets even

Babs' Jamaican Fruit Cakes are packaged for sale in four sizes ranging
from one to four pounds, however larger sizes can special ordered.
Special Orders for cakes over four pounds should allow two weeks before
expected delivery date.
Cakes are properly packaged to maintain safety, taste and flavor.
Orders delivered outside of the USA require special shipping
arrangements so we will email you to make these arrangement.
